Please note that prices shown above are for both sponge and fruit cakes and also specifically for basic iced designs with simple floral sprays. More elaborate designs and floral sprays will be charged accordingly. Hiring charges of all cake accessories (i.e. pillars, separator plates, colour flow fountain), are not included in the price list. A 30% deposit may be charged on all orders. Hire of cake stands and other accessories can be discussed during your visit. All deposits are fully refundable on return of hired items.
Please also note that the portions shown above are approximate and specifically for rich fruit cakes. Sponge cake portions are about 50 percent less than rich fruit cake portions. For example although a 6” rich fruit cake can give approximately 22 average-sized portions, a 6” sponge cake will give approximately 11 average-sized portions. Serving amounts are based on party-sized portions of approximately one and half by two inches or smaller wedding –sized portions of approximately 1x2 in.
Celebration cakes are home-made and produced from the best ingredients. Cakes are uniquely designed and hand-decorated with hand-crafted sugar flowers to match customers’ specifications. Brochures and photographs with the most extensive range of designs are also available. Fruit cakes are mature and sponge cake fillings can be varied to suit customers’ flavour of choice. An assortment of Sponge cakes (e.g. chocolate, vanilla, coffee. Orange, lemon, marble, and rainbow) are also available on request).
Special dietary requirements catered for wherever necessary. For example gluten and dairy free cakes.
Can deliver and set up cakes with minimum charge (this depends on location and availability).
